Windy City Pulp Stories No.22

Something began to affect the populace in early 1933, some unknown force migrated its way into everyday places; homes businesses, bus stops and corner newsstands, permeating the mind and body of each individual, young and old alike. Barely noticeable in the beginning, scientists began to track the change in March. Within six weeks this force was documented as responsible for altering ordinary people into super-human relentless fighters of injustice, crime and evil.
