Angelia Poon is Associate Professor of English Literature at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University. Her research interests include postcolonial literature and theory, Singapore literature and contemporary writing with a focus on globalisation and transnationalism. She has written one book and numerous journal articles on postcolonialism, and co-edited Writing Singapore: An Historical Anthology of Singapore Literature (2009). She also co-edited Little Things: An Anthology of Poetry for adolescent readers in 2013.
